Applies To: 9935 LogWare II version 1.3
Problem Description: Date shown in data download from 1523/1524 Readout does not match the date in the computer or the readout.
Resolution/Work Around:
A problem with the .dll files in the LogWare II v1.3 software can cause a misinterpretation of the date value. This can be corrected by doing the following:
1. Download the files from the following link: http://tinyurl.com/oh28mjs
2. For a 32 bit system, navigate to the C:\Windows\system32 folder and paste the files, replacing all of the existing files.
Or, for a 64 bit system, navigate to the C:\Windows\SysWow64 folder and paste the files, replacing all of the existing files.
3. Once the files shave been applied, try downloading the data again from the 1524.
